Submitting a request
Requests may be submitted to info@nfinitystrategy.co. Include the nature of the request and enough information for Nfinity to identify relevant records. Do not email sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.
Verification and authorized agents
Nfinity may use information already associated with the requester to verify identity in proportion to the request. An authorized agent may be asked to provide proof of authority, and Nfinity may confirm the request directly with the individual where permitted. Requests are handled within applicable legal timelines and may be denied or limited where the law permits.
Sale, sharing, and sensitive information
Nfinity does not knowingly sell personal information for money. If business practices later trigger a legally defined sale, sharing, or sensitive-information limitation right, Nfinity will provide the notice and controls required by applicable law.
Appeals and complaints
If you believe a privacy request was handled incorrectly, reply to the decision or email Nfinity with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” Where an appeal or regulator-escalation process is required, Nfinity will provide the applicable instructions in its response.
